Social Media for Mental Health
There’s no doubt that working in social media has some serious mental health risks. The downside is that there is no real way to get support for negative feelings through social media. Posting feelings under our professional accounts is far from the norm. There is a real worry about backlash.
The always tomorrow community exists to allow for sharing to occur outside of our normal online personas. Registrations will be kept private and we suggest using usernames that have no association with our existing online presence.
We have a strict no trolling policy. This is not a place for harmful speech.
